Order Designating the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs as the Minister for the purposes of that Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 8 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act ^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2018-1419 of November 21, 2018 ^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
