Order Designating the Minister of Employment and Social Development, a Minister of the Crown, to be “the Minister” for the purposes of that Act

P.C. 2019-1364 November 20, 2019

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 4 of the Canada Disability Savings Act ^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2018-1021 of July 18, 2018 ^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of Employment and Social Development, a Minister of the Crown, to be “the Minister” for the purposes of that Act.
