Order Designating the Minister of State (Digital Government) to be the Minister for the purposes of that Act

P.C. 2019-1366 November 20, 2019

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 3 of the Shared Services Canada Act ^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2012-959 of June 29, 2012 ^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of State (Digital Government), a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
