Order Designating the Minister of Families, Children and Social Development as the Minister for the Purposes of that Act

P.C. 2020-125 March 9, 2020

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 3 of the National Housing Strategy Act ^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2019-1051 of July 9, 2019 ^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of Families, Children and Social Development, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
