The Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 6.2(2)(a) footnote a of the Export and Import Permits Act footnote b, makes the annexed Order Repealing Certain Orders Made Under the Export and Import Permits Act.

Order Repealing Certain Orders Made Under the Export and Import Permits Act
Repeals
1 The following Orders are repealed:
- (a) the Allocation Methods Order — Cheese and Cheese Products, Ice Cream, Yogurt, Powdered Buttermilk and Concentrated Milk footnote 1;
- (b) the Allocation Methods Order — Hatching Eggs, Live Broilers, Eggs and Egg Products footnote 2; and
- (c) the Allocation Method Order — Turkey and Turkey Products. footnote 3
Coming into Force
2 This Order comes into force on the day on which section 40 of the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement Implementation Act, chapter 1 of the Statutes of Canada, 2020, comes into force, but if it is registered after that day, it comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
