EXPORT AND IMPORT PERMITS ACT

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 6.2(2)(a) ^{footnote a} of the Export and Import Permits Act ^{footnote b}, makes the annexed Order Repealing Certain Orders Made Under the Export and Import Permits Act.

Order Repealing Certain Orders Made Under the Export and Import Permits Act

Repeals

1 The following Orders are repealed:

• (a) the Allocation Methods Order — Cheese and Cheese Products, Ice Cream, Yogurt, Powdered Buttermilk and Concentrated Milk ^{footnote 1};
• (b) the Allocation Methods Order — Hatching Eggs, Live Broilers, Eggs and Egg Products ^{footnote 2}; and
• (c) the Allocation Method Order — Turkey and Turkey Products. ^{footnote 3}

Coming into Force

2 This Order comes into force on the day on which section 40 of the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement Implementation Act, chapter 1 of the Statutes of Canada, 2020, comes into force, but if it is registered after that day, it comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
