Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to sections 14 ^{footnote a} and 16 ^{footnote b}, paragraph 56(1)(b) and sections 70 ^{footnote c} and 115^{footnote b} of the Customs Tariff ^{footnote d}, makes the annexed Order Repealing Certain Regulations and Orders Made Under the Customs Tariff (CUSMA).

Order Repealing Certain Regulations and Orders Made Under the Customs Tariff (CUSMA)

Repeals

1 The following regulations and orders are repealed:

• (a) the Motor Vehicles Tariff Order, 1988 ^{footnote 1};
• (b) the Automotive Parts Tariff Removal Order, 1988 ^{footnote 2};
• (c) the Customs Duties Accelerated Reduction Order, No. 1 ^{footnote 3};
• (d) the Customs Duties Accelerated Reduction Order, No. 2 ^{footnote 4};
• (e) the Customs Duties Accelerated Reduction Order, No. 3 ^{footnote 5};
• (f) the Customs Duties Accelerated Reduction Order, No. 4 ^{footnote 6};
• (g) the Customs Duties Accelerated Reduction Order, No. 5 ^{footnote 7};
• (h) the Customs Duties Accelerated Reduction Order, No. 6 ^{footnote 8};
• (i) the Customs Duties Accelerated Reduction Order, No. 7 ^{footnote 9}, as amended by the Customs Duties Accelerated Reduction Order, No. 7, amendment ^{footnote 10};
• (j) the Mexico Fruit and Vegetable Aggregate Quantity Limit Order ^{footnote 11};
• (k) the NAFTA Rules of Origin for Casual Goods Regulations ^{footnote 12};
• (l) the Automotive Goods Rules of Origin Regulations ^{footnote 13};
• (m) the Customs Duties Accelerated Reduction Order, No. 8 ^{footnote 14};
• (n) the Surtax on Boneless Beef Order No. 2, 1994 ^{footnote 15};
• (o) the NAFTA Tariff Preference Regulations ^{footnote 16};
• (p) the Customs Duties Accelerated Reduction Order, No. 9 ^{footnote 17};
• (q) the United States Barley and Barley Products Remission Order ^{footnote 18};
• (r) the Customs Duties Accelerated Reduction Order, No. 10 ^{footnote 19};
• (s) the Customs Duties Accelerated Reduction Order, No. 11 ^{footnote 20}; and

Coming into Force

2 This Order comes into force immediately before the coming into force of section 190 of the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement Implementation Act, chapter 1 of the Statutes of Canada, 2020.
