Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 11 ^{footnote a} of the Ministries and Ministers of State Act ^{footnote b}, assigns the Honourable Ginette Petitpas Taylor, Minister of State (Official Languages) to be styled Minister of Official Languages and Minister responsible for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, to assist the Minister of Canadian Heritage in the carrying out of that Minister’s responsibilities.
