Transfer of Duties Order

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) ^{footnote a} of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act ^{footnote b}, transfers from the Minister of Health to the Minister of Mental Health and Addictions and Associate Minister of Health the powers, duties and functions of the Minister of Health under the Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse Act ^{footnote c}.
