Order Designating the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities to be the Minister for the Purposes of that Act

P.C. 2021-941 October 26, 2021

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition “Minister” in subsection 2(1) of the Canada Elections Act ^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2019-1355 of November 20, 2019 ^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
