Order Designating the Minister of State (Diversity, Inclusion and Persons with Disabilities) as the Minister for the Purposes of the Canadian Multiculturalism Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under the definition Minister in section 2 of the Canadian Multiculturalism Act ^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2021-950 of October 26, 2021^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of State (Diversity, Inclusion and Persons with Disabilities), a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
