Order Designating the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness as the Minister for the Purposes of the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Suspension Act, 1994

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2021-943 of October 26, 2021^{footnote a}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the responsible minister for the purposes of Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Suspension Act, 1994 ^{footnote b}.
