Order Transferring the Powers, Duties and Functions with Respect to the Homelessness Policy Directorate to the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 2(a)^{footnote a} of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act ^{footnote b}, transfers the powers, duties and functions with respect to the Homelessness Policy Directorate that were transferred to the Minister of Housing and Diversity and Inclusion by Order in Council P.C. 2021-952 of October 26, 2021^{footnote c} to the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities.
