Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, approves the repeal of the Communications Security Establishment Exclusion of Positions and Employees Approval Order ^{footnote a} by the Public Service Commission under subsection 20(1) of the Public Service Employment Act ^{footnote a}.

The Public Service Commission, under subsection 20(1) of the Public Service Employment Act ^{footnote b}, repeals the Communications Security Establishment Exclusion of Positions and Employees Approval Order ^{footnote a}.
